Tried several Estate Agents to sell our home, all to no avail. Then we approached Unique Estate Agency St Annes, following a recommendation from my son. After dealing with two incompetent and relatively expensive national networks in St Annes, we sold our house in a day with Unique. He priced it accurately, we had several viewings lined up on that first day and got an offer from the first viewing. Peter responded quickly and the sale went through smoothly despite the COVID restrictions. I would recommend his company before any of the others in the area, and he's cheaper.
