Peter Jackson BSc Hons

Peter joined Unique having worked at other local estate agents for over 9 years. He went to the University of Northumbria where he gained a degree in Building Surveying, and went to school locally at King Edward VII & Queen Mary School in Lytham (now known as AKS). Peter enjoys rugby and spending time with his family.

Sarah Bunnell

Sarah embodies Unique’s emphasis on being a family run business, she is the sister in law to our Director Suzanne Hedley. An extremely Familiar face within Fleetwood, Sarah is larger than life character and provides her clients with an extensive knowledge of the local property market. Sarah is renowned for her expertise and in-depth market valuations.

Dominica Edley

Having worked in estate agency on the Fylde Coast since 1990, Dominica is extremely well-known right across the Fylde. Dominica lives Thornton and is a familiar face with many homeowners in the area. She is known for having a stellar reputation in the industry, with many clients returning to her to sell their homes.

Angela Rawcliffe MNAEA

Born and bred in Fleetwood, Angela is familiar face within the town and has extensive knowledge of the local area. Having worked for another local Estate Agent for a number of years, Angela brings over 20 years’ experience of selling properties to Unique. She is renowned for her client care and in-depth knowledge of the buying and selling process.

Olivia Dollin

Olivia started with Unique in 2017, as our property apprentice. Since then ‘Liv’ as she is fondly known has grown into an invaluable member of our team, this has been achieved by her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. Olivia benefits from living locally and having an excellent understanding of the area.

James Dalby BSc Hons

Our property consultant James came to Unique from a local firm having worked over 5 years in the industry. He holds a degree in Building Surveying attained at the University of Central Lancashire, and also went to school with Peter at King Edward VII & Queen Mary School in Lytham. James considers himself a bit of a movie buff and enjoys playing football in his spare time.
